The Tax Forms web page allows you to view your current W-4 status and your previous W-2 statements:

Click the links on that screen to access your W-4 and W-2 tax information.

W-4 Tax Exemptions/Allowances - displays the information being used to determine the amount of Federal Tax that is being withheld from your pay.

This is a view-only screen - if you want to change your W-4 withholding status, you must fill out a form in HR.

Click the History link at the bottom to see a listing of previous withholding choices.

Click the Contributions or Deductions link at the bottom to see a listing of LCC contributions and your personal deductions.

Click the Vendor Web Site link at the bottom to take you to the Internal Revenue web site.

Click the W2 Year End Earnings Statement link at the bottom to take you to the screen below. You can also access this screen from the Tax Form menu screen above.

W-2 Year End Earnings Statement - opens the following window:

Select the Tax Year and your Employer and then click the Display button to display your W-2 Tax Form for that year, such as the one below.

To select a different tax year, click the Select the tax year and employer/institution for W-2 link at the bottom.
