The Miscellaneous Benefits and Deductions web page displays all your current miscellaneous benefits and deductions, including Medicare, Social Security and Workman's Compensation.

The History link below any of the miscellaneous benefit sections in the above window opens a screen like the one below, listing the history for that particular type of coverage.

The Contributions and Deductions link under any of the miscellaneous benefit sections displays a list of the personal deductions and employer contributions for that particular type of insurance.

You can select a different range of months to review by clicking the down arrows to the right of the months and years towards the bottom of the screen, and then clicking the Display button.

The Vendor's Web Site link under any of the miscellaneous benefit sections displays the Web site of the vendor that provides that particular coverage. Their web site provides more information about the benefit and gives you access to Customer Service.

The Add New Benefit or Deduction button will take you to the screen shown below:

Click the desired My Choice button and then click the Select Benefit button in that window, which will open a screen like the one below.

Enter the Effective Date of Change (note the required date format), and the amount to be deducted. Then click the Submit Changes button (or click the Restore Original Values button if you want to cancel these changes).
