Sauces For all those who like to meet and eat, it’s time to step into the culinary classroom with Evelyn! Through hands-on active involvement in a multiple-slot kitchen setting, you will discover tips and techniques for creating your favorite dishes. Bring an apron (if you like throwing yourself into your work) and bottled water for hydration as you are going to be eating all that is prepared. Ingredients and recipes are included!
