Florence Of Time and the River Tuesday, July 22, 9:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. You may not have a Thomas Wolfe novel in you, but pack your camera and sketch pad and bring out your inner artist as we travel Highway 38 along the beautiful Umpqua River, designated one of the most scenic byways in the country. Our destination: River’s Edge Winery, specializing in the production of high-quality pinot noir wines sourced from two of the oldest estate vineyards in Oregon, where we’ll enjoy both a tour and tastings. A no-host lunch at the Big K Guest Ranch, a 2,500-acre working ranch, will follow. Along the way we’ll stop to view wild elk and pass through historic towns and breathtaking scenery!
