Through a combination of discussion, demonstration and exercise practice, learn what core strength training actually is and about the health advantages of having strong, functional core muscles. Discover the different effects that yoga, Pilates and weight training have on your core strength and discover which exercise type is best for you and any physical limitations you might have.
