The email will be sent to the current active email address on file in Lane's administrative system (Banner). If you are a student, contact Enrollment Services. I can't login but I get no error message. | If you are using a Microsoft Internet Explorer browser and are using Windows operating system, you may be experiencing a problem caused by a Microsoft security patch. Go to you Windows Update screen to make sure that you have downloaded all necessary security updates and patches. |
I can't login, and I get a message saying 'Your Web access has been disabled'. | Follow directions on the screen for contacting the appropriate office. |
