You will need to obtain your 'L' number by contacting the appropriate Lane office.

LCC Employees, contact Human Resources.
|I don't know my PIN and I've never logged in before.||For first time users, a system-generated PIN will be delivered via email. The email will be sent to the current active email address on file in Lane's administrative system (Banner). If you are a student, contact Enrollment Services. If you are an employee, contact Human Resources.|
|I can't login but I get no error message.||If you are using a Microsoft Internet Explorer browser and are using Windows operating system, you may be experiencing a problem caused by a Microsoft security patch. Go to you Windows Update screen to make sure that you have downloaded all necessary security updates and patches.|
|I can't login, and I get a message saying 'Your Web access has been disabled'.||Follow directions on the screen for contacting the appropriate office.|
