An introduction to the anatomy and physiology of fruiting body production. Students research mushroom diversity, how weather patterns affect fruiting body production and the variables that influence fungal life cycle events and homeostasis. Labs explore the evolution, form and function of fungal cellular tissue and organ structure to system function.
