Content includes planning, decision making, organizing, leadership, motivation, communication, control, and a thorough overview of the field of management. The course covers the opportunities and challenges posed by a multi-cultural work force and the responsibilities of management in handling and motivating employees in the current business environment. Students should gain skills that can be immediately utilized to effectively work with and manage people.
