This course is designed to provide emerging and existing leaders the opportunity to explore, develop and improve their leadership and team skills. The course integrates readings from the humanities, experiential exercises, films, and contemporary readings on leadership. Topics include: Leadership philosophies, ethical issues related to leadership, strategies for identifying and articulating visions, empowering effective teams, goal setting, evaluation, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
