Prerequisite: MTH 231 completed with a grade of "C-" or better within the past two years. Second course in two-term sequence fulfilling the Discrete Mathematics requirement for enrolling in upper division Computer Science courses at the University of Oregon and Oregon State University. Topics include functions, relations, Pigeon Hole principle, matrix representation of trees, recursion. The order of the topics may vary with instructor and text.
