Prerequisites: BA101. Basic computer literacy and software application skills. This course covers essential skills needed to manage small-scale projects. The course features the phases of the project life cycle including definition, planning, implementation, monitoring, and termination. The emphasis is on the tools, practical methods and strategies that technology professionals use to manage successful projects and teams.
