ECE 210 - Applying Early Childhood Curriculum |
Prerequisites: ECE 160.
Study of best practices and a Reggio-inspired approach to Early Childhood Education. There is an emphasis on the design of the environment as the third teacher; the outdoor environment and a study of science and math methods and materials is included. This is an advanced course in Early Childhood Curriculum focusing on group care of young children. The prerequisite course is Exploring Early Childhood Curriculum: ECE 160. If this course is taken out of sequence, please see the instructor before continuing with the course.
