BA 278 - Leadership & Team Dynamics |
This course focuses on developing the leadership potential and ability of emerging and future student leaders. The course also enhances students' understanding of teams and thus increases their effectiveness as team members. Participants will explore personal leadership philosophies, ethical issues related to leadership, strategies for identifying and articulating visions, and ways to empower effective teams. Students will gain a theory-based understanding of leadership topics and will work on practical leadership applications such as goal setting, evaluation and decision-making. Recommended for second year students. May be offered online with two required on-campus meetings.
