Emphasis on progressive resistance training using a variety of exercise modalities including barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight, and machines. Develop and assess strength, muscular size, muscle definition, toning, and improve general physical condition. Safe and proper technique, routines, programs, and nutrition will be discussed.
