Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Recognize and describe different workplace cultures and codes of ethics and conduct 2. Create documents that meet the needs of different users, situations, and workplace cultures 3. Develop strategies for solving problems and meeting workplace needs by applying appropriate research, reading, and writing skills and tools 4. Collaborate with classmates, instructor, and class visitors to provide productive feedback 5.
