Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Identify key theories and concepts of the project management framework established in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) 2. Apply the principles, techniques, and tools of the project manager to plan, execute, monitor and close a project 3. Identify and evaluate the key features of project management software 4. Explain how to monitor and track project progress and correct related problems 5. Identify and describe strategies to successfully manage a project team 6.
