Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Identify and explain current data base models and their underlying advantages and disadvantages 2. Design a moderately complex database structure using Entity-Relationship diagrams 3. Use Normalization techniques to verify a database design 4. Create database tables, and insert and update data into the tables using advanced SOL 5.
