Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Operate a sewing machine in the creation of an artistic project 2. Apply hand-sewing in projects that necessitate its use 3. Relate topics on historical and contemporary histories of fiber arts within craft, art, and design to creative projects 4.
