Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Accurately document evidence, events, and investigative measures in accordance with law enforcement note-taking best practices 2. Observe and accurately describe people, places, things, and events 3. Write factual, descriptive, narrative prose that is free of errors and consistent with professional usage and style conventions 4.
