Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Communicate effectively in industry or organizational contexts 2. Identify barriers to communication and how to overcome them 3. Use interpersonal communication skills for conflict management and supervisory communications with employees 4. Work collaboratively to form an organizational structure, assign tasks, evaluate performance 5. Communicate the ethical aspects of decision-making in individual and organizational contexts 6. Explain the importance of honesty and respect for other viewpoints 7.
