Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Evaluate advantages, disadvantages, and circumstantial uses of various leadership styles 2. Discuss the importance of creating, articulating, and fostering a shared vision as a leader 3. Develop measurable goals that are clear, challenging, and obtainable 4. Relate understanding of various ethical tools and the reasoning behind various ethical positions 5. Utilize a process approach for improved decision making 6. Identify and constructively resolve organization, team, and interpersonal conflicts 7. Engage in effective team building strategies 8. Apply information about human reactions to change and the skills necessary to lead or act as a change agent to personal life experiences 9.
