Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Chart clinical findings using digital software 2. Accurately record electronic treatment notes 3. Schedule appointments electronically 4. Choose and discuss appropriate telephone skills and etiquette that changes with the circumstances presented 5. Prepare pretreatment estimates and Insurance forms 6. Manage patient records by filling out and storing them accurately 7. Discuss recall appointment systems and which might be used for different tasks 8. Provide marketing techniques that can be used in dentistry 9.
