Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Create, edit, and manage databases within a GIS 2. Utilize data literacy skills in written and oral communication, including data verification, interpretation, and error correction in data inconsistencies 3. Collect, edit, and analyze data for geographic displays 4. Analyze imagery to create detailed displays in cartographic products 5. Apply field methods for data collection, analysis, and display 6.
