Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, a student will be able to: 1. Identify common elements of life transitions and apply an acceptance and change model to current and future transitions 2. Evaluate how past and present relationships impact current life transitions 3. Build on their self-awareness and develop skills in assertiveness, relations, self-compassion, and managing powerful emotions 4.
