Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Directs and coordinates the activities of businesses or departments 2. Manages a staff by preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties 3. Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity 4. Establishes and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures 5. Determines staffing requirements and overseeing personnel processes 6.
