Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Understand how the origins of the U.S. Constitution and how it impacts business today 2. Understand how the law and the court system affect their lives 3. Understand employment, labor and wage law 4. Understand the nature and importance of the contractual relationship, elements of a contract, and how those elements apply to business situations 5. Have a working knowledge of the law and social sources which shape and determine the law 6.
