Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Define the basic terminology of the disease process 2. Describe the most commonly occurring diseases of each body system 3. Describe the mechanisms of hereditary disease, environmental factors involved in disease and diseases caused by deficiencies or excesses of nutrition 4.
