Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, a student will be able to: 1. Identify the relationship between sexual health and improving one’s overall well-being 2. Discuss effective communication strategies and skills that facilitate healthy relationships 3. Evaluate the influences of physiology, psychology, and sociology on one’s sexual and gender identity 4. Describe the diversity of sexual behavior and expression 5. Explain the interacting dimensions of environmental, physical, mental, emotional, social, intellectual and occupational health and how they can affect sexual health 6.
