Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. List the components of Best Practices (BP’s) and identify the benefits and challenges they present in the field of human services 2. Demonstrate the ability to locate relevant information about BP’s, including the ability to compare interventions and their use in Oregon 3. Demonstrate a basic understanding of the current BP’s utilized with numerous issues relevant in the field of human services 4. Identify several local human service agencies and their use of BP’s 5.
