Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Directs and coordinates the activities of businesses or departments 2. Manages a staff by preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties 3. Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity 4.
