Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Define a performance improvement model 2. Identify improvement opportunities based on based on the aggregation and analysis of performance improvement data 3. Communicate performance improvement activities and recommendations 4. Measure customer satisfaction and describe ways to decrease risk exposure 5. Apply performance improvement tools to manage organizational staff and human resources 6. Research and navigate the accreditation, certification, and licensure process 7. Identify aspects of change management, teamwork and the human side of change 8.
