Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Define a performance improvement model 2. Identify improvement opportunities based on performance measurement 3. Use teamwork in performance improvement 4. Aggregate and analyze performance improvement data 5. Communicate performance improvement activities and recommendations 6. measure customer satisfaction 7. Identify the continuum of care 8.
