Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Examine personal values, beliefs, and motivations and utilize this information to enhance effectiveness across life roles 2. Identify the stages of professional development that occur between the novice and advanced practitioner 3. Engage with various strengths-based strategies, mindfulness practices, and stress management techniques to foster resilience and growth in self and others 4. Articulate strengths and skills in the context of a professional resume and cover letter in preparation for cooperative education internships in the Human Services field 5.
