Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Articulate their understanding of social issues and responsibilities, multiculturalism, organizational culture, leadership styles, and sustainability 2. Observe, investigate, document and reflect upon social issues and responsibilities, multiculturalism, organizational culture, leadership styles and sustainability in a community setting 3. Demonstrate foundational workplace competencies such as reliability, responsibility, following instructions, team-work, communication skills and taking appropriate initiative 4.
