Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Provide an overview of the global environmental field as it stands today. 2. Understand concepts associated with the environmental, social, and cultural impacts of the tourism and hospitality industry. 3. Have a clear understanding of environmental law, voluntary initiatives and principles for sustainable development in the tourism and hospitality industry. 4.
