|PEAT 240 - Track and Field – Men’s Conditioning 2|
Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course the student will be able to: 1- To develop physical conditioning to be applied to a particular event(s) in Track and Field. 2- To develop knowledge of specific track and field conditioning drills, including strength training programs. 3- Progressive development and improvement in specific event areas. Build off of Conditioning 1 training (2nd year students).
