Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Understanding the relationships hotels have to the gaming industry. 2. Understand Innkeeper law and ethics. 3. Know the unique qualities of resorts and how they differ from hotels. 4. Be able to enter guests into a PMS system. 5. Accounting relationships within the hotel. 6. Understand the management structure and functions of the Executive committee. 7. Understand Sustainable Standard Operating Procedures.
