Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Describe the roles of information technology professionals in organizations and the associated skills and knowledge required for those positions. 2. Identify professional development resources available to information technology professionals. 3. Use critical thinking skills to identify and discuss ethical issues confronted by information technology professionals as well as ethical issues created by the introduction of information technology.
