SOC 228 - Introduction to Environmental Sociology
Associated Term: Summer 2020
Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will: 1- Apply sociological perspectives to determine the root causes, consequences, and potential solutions to environmental problems. 2- Define and apply social and natural science concepts in order to critically examine socioenvironmental relations. 3- Employ critical and systems thinking to address global, regional, and local environmental issues.
