Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Define a performance improvement model 2. Identify improvement opportunities based on performance measurement 3. Use teamwork in performance improvement 4. Aggregate and analyze performance improvement data 5. Communicate performance improvement activities and recommendations 6. measure customer satisfaction 7. Identify the continuum of care 8. Implement the provision of care, treatment, and services to prevent and control infectious disease 8. Describe ways to decrease risk exposure 9.
