Learning Objectives: Upon completion of the course the student will be able to: 1- Maintain and/or increase fitness level. 2- Learn to evaluate and improve one’s own fitness. 3- Have improved speed and agility and learn the key components of training i.e. work vs recovery times. 4- Knowledge of injury preventions through increased fitness. 5- Tactical application of fitness to the game. 6- Fitness and nutrition effects on health and stress management.
