Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: 1- Demonstrate how to improve your homework techniques and work with tutors and classmates 2- Explain strategies for developing an internal locus of control, productive perseverance, self-efficacy, and self-esteem 3- Explain strategies for developing an internal locus of control, productive perseverance, self-efficacy, and self-esteem 4- Explain techniques to improve listening, reading, test-taking, and note-taking in traditional and online math classes 5- Explain the factors and characteristics that contribute to success in a math class and personal learning styles and how they can improve memory 6- Develop a study schedule, positive study environment plan, and an academic plan in collaboration with academic advising 7- Complete of an exit ALEKS Placement Assessment 8- Explain techniques for test, math, and general anxiety reduction and self-learning, mindfulness, math self-efficacy, and anxiety Required Materials: Technical Requirements: |
