Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, the successful student will be able to: 1. Safely, and while performing all steps of each procedure, properly administer medications to live adult patients. 2. Accurately calculate drug dosages 3. Accurately calculate iv drip rates 4. safely, and while performing all steps of each procedure, successfully access the venous circulation on live adult patients. 5. Identify patient medication interactions, precautions 6. Interview with patients regarding symptoms 7. Evaluate patients for pertinent signs 8. Obtain and record vital signs 9.
