Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Understand how a hotel registers guests. 2. Identify the relationships among the hotel departments 3. Identify the importance of food and beverage operations to hotel revenues 4. Understand quality and the relationship to guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage 5.
