Learning Objectives: 1- ecognize major monuments of Western art. 2- distinguish the difference between various media and understand the basics of artistic expression 3 -develop a basic understanding of iconography which will enhance students appreciation of narrative art. 4- be able to distinguish the difference between period art styles and have basic understanding of how and why these difference came into being.
