Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Know how to set up and maintain a paperless office 2. Be able to combine files into PDF portfolios 3. Enhance and edit PDF documents 4. Add digital signatures and create secure documents 5. Create fillable and non-fillable forms 6. Create multimedia presentations 7. Manage electronic files 8. Know about safety, security, and disaster recovery techniques around electronic records 9. Know how to use a high-volume scanner to digitize existing paper documents
