Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, the successful student will be able to: 1- Comprehend welding safety requirements and perform in a manner that demonstrates concern for safety and welfare for self, others and property. Weld using AC and DC current, 2- Cut materials to size with the use of manual and semi-automatic oxyacetylene cutting equipment. 3- Arc weld adequately in the completion of assigned projects in the four standard positions: (flat, horizontal, overhead, and vertical).
