Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Select reading techniques based upon type of text and purpose of reading. 2. Evaluate note taking, using new techniques, and report on effectiveness. 3. Discuss taking responsibility for their life, creating own experiences. 4. Identify and describe techniques used before and during a test to improve. 5. Define the meaning of “critical thinking” and application and benefits. 6.
