ECE 110 - Observing Young Children's Behavior
Associated Term: Fall 2014
Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Demonstrate the skills to carry out and record the details of objective observations for a variety of purposes. 2. Explain various types of observational techniques and the values of each. 3. Demonstrate a better understanding of children’s behavior through direct observations. 4. Describe the importance of observation skills for evaluating the growth and behavior of young children. 5. Utilize observation experiences to enhance personal development and learning.
