RT 126 - Respiratory Care Case Review - Part 1
Associated Term: Spring 2014
Learning Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Understand etiology, pathogenesis, and pathoophysiology of respiratory diseases presented in this course 2. Describe and identify the clinical laboratory, radiological, and physical manifestations of respiratory diseases presented in this course 3. Describe and use the SOAP patient data recording system to organize patient data from case studies presented. 4. Formulate and evaluate a patient care plan utilizing protocols and/or clinical practice guideline. 5. Demonstrate an understanding of how concepts presented in prior and co-requisite respiratory care courses contribute to patient care.
